1. I think i am a growth mindset because i want to improve in certain things by taking on challenges and wanting more out of the things i do.
2. i don't think this has helped me out much because i get frustrated and give up at times and try to move on to the next problems but then go back and try to finish the things and improve on solving the problems i dont get at all.
3.I knew the brain was a muscle that can be trained to remember stuff if you practice it the right way of doing something. theres some things i want to improve more than just on things which is why i sometimes fall short on other situations.
4.i think this new info will affect me in a positive way because i want to try to improve on things and thats by studying which can make things a lil more easier than it looks. plus i gotta get in the habit of practicing my brain.
